Leatherback Lodge Cuisine  

In total charge of the galley at The Leatherback Lodge is Nella who has many years of culinary experience in specializing in local dishes. She can make almost anything with anything. Because of our location, Nella will contact you via email before your arrival so you can let her know your preferences. Wines & Liqueurs available upon request before arrival.

Below are  a selection of the wonderful meals she can prepare for you. If you have a special request, a favourite meal or special dietary requirements just let us know before you arrive so we can make your stay a truly wonderful one.


PS: We offer a number of vegetarian dishes to guest, but they need to let us know at least 2 days before their arrival and we would email a list of items to those requesting it.
PPS: Just in case you are wondering, Nella does not let guests cook in her kitchen. She will make anything you want.

Please note we can only serve ONE MEAL selection each day which will be available to all guests provided you order by midday.  All dinners are served as a set menu with a three-course meal, priced at US $30.00, which include service charges.
